Our iconic Rye property - Saltwater Villa - is stylishly furnished for big groups to enjoy, yet perfectly cosy for small groups and couples too!

Outdoor areas are set up for enjoying the great outdoors during all seasons - and the stunning fully landscaped 12m heated pool (gas* and solar) is totally private and cannot be seen by neighbours at all

We are also superbly located on Rosyth Rd, just a leisurely 15-20 minutes stroll to the Pub, pier, club, shops and Bay beach. walking to town is easy!
Potential for sleeping up to 18 people in 5 bedrooms (note if you book for 8 guests but plan on more, then additional fees will apply for extra guests/visitors for whole stay) - we have 2 ensuites and 2 main bathrooms, plenty of privacy for everyone!

TRULY PET FRIENDLY
We are TRULY pet friendly - No holiday is a true holiday without the furry family members being invited along! Your fur babies are more than welcome indoors and out (and we have 2 lovely medium doggy doors so they have the freedom to be in and out) ……with plenty of sniffling, snuffling, digging and running space in our fully fenced yard, we are sure they will be very well behaved and enjoy curling up inside at the end of the day. You would know the drill…..pick up all poop before you leave – treat our house like your house, and enjoy!

All beds and bedding are new, all underlays and pillow protectors are anti-allergenic. Your nightly rate includes Bed linens & 1 bath towel pp ....you only need to pack beach towels and the fun things for your getaway!
Relax on the cottage decks, loungeroom, or retreat to watch TV in your rooms...there are plenty of spaces for the whole group
Split system A/C, ducted heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. All the pantry items provided should ensure you can stock the fridge with glee....
